This one's a little special as it's a commission from my Grandmother for one of my favorite cousins. This is his sweet labradoodle, (golden doodle?) named Dixie.
She was harder than expected to paint and I am glad to be finished. My first couple of efforts looked like Chewbacca so I was not able to finish in time for his birthday in December.
At least I can count her as #3 of my 52 Art pieces for 2013
And #10 in the 50 Creatures project.
